Device tools

Range of tools to support local operations and group functions with the device* life-cycle.  ​
These tools collaborate with each other, but are implemented independently.​

Analytics & CRM​

  • Dashboard, delivering GDPR-compliant, cross-country device insights. ​
  • Main tools for device insights in all local Telenor operations and HQ.

Device Master Data​

Raw data that can be used in any local system, reducing operational cost, improving data quality and enabling new product development. Device Tools currently provide three master data products.

Device Portfolio Management​

Supporting local and/or regional device procurement process by listing coming roadmaps from the device vendors, organizing wish lists from local operators, and managing ranged devices for local or regional procurement functions, including RFQ annexes.

Device Test​

Containing a common, multi-language, repository of test cases and test results that each unit or project in a local operation can use for device testing like VoLTE, eSIM, 5G etc.
