1. Innledning

Denne personvernerklæringen informerer deg om hvordan Telenor Real Estate AS behandler dine personopplysninger ved besøksregistrering og hvilke rettigheter du har.

Formålet med besøksregistreringen er å gi melding til besøksmottaker om at du har kommet.

Telenor Real Estate AS er behandlingsansvarlig. Det daglige behandlingsansvaret utøves av vår samarbeidspartner og databehandler ISS Facility Services AS.

2. Personopplysningene som behandles om deg

2.1. Innledning

I det følgende gis det en generell forklaring på hvilke personopplysninger vi samler inn, til hvilke formål og tjenester personopplysningene brukes samt kategorier av tredjeparter som har tilgang til opplysningene. Det gis også en oversikt over sletterutiner av persondata.

Vi behandler følgende personopplysninger om deg:
dine kontaktopplysninger, besøkssted og hvem du skal besøke

2.2. Formålet med og lovligheten av behandlingen av dine personopplysninger

Vi behandler dine personopplysninger for at-ansatte og konsulenter skal motta besøkende.

Det rettslige grunnlaget for vår behandling er berettiget interesse, jf. personvernforordningen artikkel 6.

Besøksregistrering tar mindre tid og er enklere for deg og oss enn andre løsninger. Det forventes normalt at virksomheter med resepsjon skal kunne ta imot og registrere besøkende. Fysiske møter/mottak av gjester er en del av det arbeidsoppgavene til ansatte og konsulenter. Datasettet er minimert og behandling er nødvendig for at besøksmottakere skal kunne ta imot gjester.

Interessen anses som lovlig, klart definert og begrunnet. Telenor Real Estate AS er derfor av den oppfatning at interessen er legitim.

2.3. Deling av personopplysninger med andre

Vi deler bare dine persondata når vi har et lovlig behandlingsgrunnlag for slik deling. Vi kan dele persondata med ISS Facility Services AS, som har bemanningen i resepsjonen. Se nærmere informasjon om dette i tabellen nedenfor.

2.4. Skjematisk oversikt over behandlingen

Tabellen under viser oversikt over de data som innhentes og behandles, samt om de deles med tredjepartsleverandører og hvor lenge de oppbevares.

3. Dine rettigheter i forbindelse med behandling av personopplysninger

• Du har rett til å be om innsyn i dine personopplysninger i henhold til personvernforordningen artikkel 15.
• Du har rett til å be om retting, sletting, eller begrensning av behandlingen av dine personopplysninger i henhold til personvernforordningen artikkel 16, 17 og 18.
• Du har en rett til dataportabilitet der dette er åpnet for i personvernforordningen artikkel 20.
• Du har rett til å protestere på behandling i henhold til personvernforordningen artikkel 21.
• Ved forespørsel har du rett til å få informasjon om interesseavveiningen foretatt hvor behandling av persondata er basert på berettiget interesse.

4. Sikkerhet

Telenor Real Estate AS tar sikkerheten til personopplysninger svært alvorlig og beskytter personopplysninger vi behandler. Når Telenor Real Estate AS lagrer persondata, brukes datasystemer med begrenset tilgang som er plassert i anlegg med fysiske sikkerhetstiltak. Telenor Real Estate AS har gjennomført organisasjonsmessige, tekniske og administrative tiltak for å beskytte personopplysninger i organisasjonen. Telenor Real Estate AS har tatt nødvendige skritt for å sikre dine personlige opplysninger fra tap, misbruk, uautorisert tilgang, endring og offentliggjøring.

1 Introduction

This privacy policy informs you about how Telenor Real Estate AS processes your personal data when registering visitors and what rights you have.
The purpose of the visitor registration is to notify the visitor recipient that you have arrived.
Telenor Real Estate AS is responsible for processing. The daily processing responsibility is exercised by our partner and data processor ISS Facility Services AS.
Contact details appear in point 3.

2. The personal data processed about you

2.1. Introduction

In the following, a general explanation is given of which personal data we collect, for which purposes and services the personal data is used, as well as categories of third parties who have access to the data. An overview of the deletion routines of personal data is also provided.
We process the following personal data about you:
your contact details, place of visit and who you will visit

2.2. The purpose and legality of the processing of your personal data

We process your personal data for at-staff and consultants to receive visitors.
The legal basis for our processing is legitimate interest, cf. Article 6 of the Personal Data Protection Regulation.
Visitor registration takes less time and is easier for you and us than other solutions. It is normally expected that businesses with a reception should be able to receive and register visitors. Physical meetings/reception of guests are part of the duties of employees and consultants. The data set is minimized and processing is necessary in order for visitors to be able to receive guests.
The interest is considered to be legal, clearly defined and justified. Telenor Real Estate AS is therefore of the opinion that the interest is legitimate.

2.3. Sharing of personal data with others

We only share your personal data when we have a legal processing basis for such sharing. We may share personal data with ISS Facility Services AS, which staffs the reception. See more information about this in the table below.

3. Your rights in connection with the processing of personal data

• You have the right to request access to your personal data in accordance with Article 15 of the Personal Data Protection Regulation.
• You have the right to request rectification, deletion, or restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with articles 16, 17 and 18 of the Personal Data Protection Regulation.
• You have a right to data portability where this is permitted in Article 20 of the Personal Data Protection Ordinance.
• You have the right to object to processing in accordance with Article 21 of the Personal Data Protection Ordinance.
• Upon request, you have the right to receive information about the balancing of interests carried out where processing of personal data is based on legitimate interest.

4. Security

Telenor Real Estate AS takes the security of personal data very seriously and protects the personal data we process. When Telenor Real Estate AS stores personal data, computer systems with limited access are used which are located in facilities with physical security measures. Telenor Real Estate AS has implemented organisational, technical and administrative measures to protect personal data in the organisation. Telenor Real Estate AS has taken the necessary steps to secure your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration and disclosure.
